Where is Zaku Cebu located?
ZakuCebu.com is an ONLINE shop based in Cebu City, which means we do not have a specific location. We meet up with you with your kits and items within specific spots in Metro Cebu. If those locations aren’t convenient for you, we have the Angkas Padala delivery option at an additional cost (see Terms and Conditions). We also ship nationwide via JRS and AP Cargo. And for our international clients, we ship via Fedex and UPS.
Can I get a price check on a specific item?
Yes you can! If you can’t find that specific item using our search bar, you can shoot us a request through this LINK.
Do you guys do meet ups aside from your SM Cebu, Crossroads Banilad, and Ayala Center Cebu locations?
At the moment, we are limited to those 3 spots. We will add more locations in the near future. If those locations aren’t convenient for you, we have the Angkas Padala delivery option at an additional cost (see Terms and Conditions).
Can I visit your location?
At the moment, there is no actual location to visit. But if you need assurance of our legitimacy and our dedication to customer service, please check our our Facebook’s Review Section.
How long will my pre ordered item arrive?
Pre ordered items don’t have an exact ETA due to several factors not limiting to availability, official release dates being moved, delays due to our local customs office, and international shipping logistics. Rest assured, we will update you on the status of your orders.
What are your modes of payment?
We accept Bank Transfers via BPI and BDO, Remittance via Palawan Express, Paymaya, Credit or Debit Card via Paypal Express, Bitcoin via Coins.PH, and Cash on Delivery (COD available during Meet Ups ONLY).
Do you guys hunt hard to find kits?

Do you guys accept custom paint and build commission work orders?

Do you guys give discounts?
We have sales from time to time. We also do discounts on repeat customers who are members of the Zaku Cebu Zuki Hobby Club . But if you’re expecting a ₱100 on a purchase under ₱300, we wish we could. Although, we might run out of business if we do that for everyone =P.
When will you open up a store front?
Very good question! Wish we know the exact date, but one things for sure we are preparing to be the biggest Gunpla shop in the whole Visayas and Mindanao area! So hold on because we will open that store with a bang, Sieg Zeon!
